Hi, Everyone! Welcome! First of all, you have to fill out the google form, which will let us form mailing groups and be in touch by mail all year round. Also we will be learning about the session structure, the health-related fitness, and methods for improvement. Finally I upload two documents from other years: locomotor system and warm up, so check them out. Don´t forget to fill out all the worksheets!
